Original language description
We report the case of an epileptic seizure during low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (LF-rTMS) with a double-cone coil. We present a case report of a 51- year-old male after traumatic brain injury (TBI) with cerebral hemorrhage treated by subthreshold LF-rTMS with a double cone coil to relieve right lower limb spasticity. In our case, a double-cone coil, an MT of a brain region that was not the target, and underlying neuropathology after TBI likely contributed to the seizure.
