Endosperm protein polymorphism of common and tartary buckwheat

Original language description

The endosperm protein polymorphism of seven accessions of common buckwheat and two accessions of tartary buckwheat were studied by SDS-PAGE. The results indicate significanly higher protein polymorphism of endosperm within individual accessions than among accessions of common buckwheat. There was found no variability in endosperm protein bands between or within two accessions of tartary buckwheat.

Czech description

Byl sledován polymorfismus bílkovin endospermu semen u 7 odrůd pohanky seté a 2 odrůd pohanky tatarské v podmínkách SDS-PAGE. Výsledky indikovaly výraznější polymorfismus bílkovin endospermu uvnitř odrůd pohanky seté než mezi odrůdami. Naopak žádný polymorfismus bílkovin endospermu nebyl zjištěn uvnitř či mezi odrůdami pohanky tatarské.
