  • Original language description

    A specific dot-blot hybridization assay was developed using an in vitro-transcribed non-radioactive RNA probe for the routine detection of Grapevine virus A (GVA) for use as an alternative diagnostic tool for large-scale surveys. GVA was detected in RNAisolated from infected grapevine plants, plant extracts and tissue prints using this probe.

    Pro detekci A viru révy vinné (Grapevine virus A - GVA) byla vyvinuta metoda detekce na membráně s použitím in-vitro syntetizované neradioaktivní RNA sondy, kterou lze použít jako alternativní diagnostický postup pro testování velkého množství vzorků. GVA lze takto detekovat v RNA izolované z testovaných rostlin nebo přímo otiskem rostlinných pletiv na membránu.
