Original language description
The extrusion process is widely spread in food industry and is positively accepted in feeding industry for preparation of different oilseed extrudates. Nevertheless, the application of extrusion process in seeds of feeding wheats still brings ambiguous results in tested monogastric animals. So, the paper analyzed effect of wheat grain extrusion on changes in selected polysaccharides (starch, arabinoxylans, crude fiber) and obtained results were further confronted with demands on fattening of broiler chickens.
