Changes in ABA, osmotic potential and soluble protein during cold hardenin of winter barley
Original language description
Low temperatures cause the process of hardening, which is connected with dry weight accumulation, decrease of osmotic potential and synthesis of soluble proteins. The level of ABA changed particularly at the beginning of the hardening process. The patterns of soluble proteins obtained during cold hardening showed the existence of some proteins with a time-course similar to those of ABA, osmotic potential or cold hardiness.
