    Forage samples were taken twice during the pasture season (sample A and B) from pasture of mountain region. The degradability of crude protein (CP) and amino acids (AA) of pasture forage samples were tested by in sacco method with three rumen cannulatedHolstein cows. The samples were analysed for content of nutrients. The effective degradability (ED) of CP and AA was calculated with the outflow rate 0.04 per hour. Significant variation was found in degradation of AA between samples differing in cuttingtimes. The ED of AA varied from 49.7 % to 59.9 % for essential AA and from 47.8 % to 62.6 % for non-essential AA of sample A and from 33.8 % to 42.3 % for essential AA and from 37.0 % to 66.6 % for non-essential AA of sample B.

    Z porostu horské pastviny byly odebrány během pastevní sezóny 2 vzorky (A a B). Z těchto vzorků byla pomocí metody in sacco na třech kanylovaných holštýnských kravách zjišťována degradovatelnost hrubé bílkoviny (CP) a aminokyselin (AA). Vzorky byly analyzovány na obsah živin. Efektivní degradovatelnost (ED) CP a AA byla vypočtena pro výtokovou rychlost částic 0,04 za hodinu. Mezi vzorky lišícími se dobou odběru byl zjištěn signifikantní rozdíl. ED aminokyselin se pohyboval od 49,7 % do 59,9 % u esenciálních AA a od 47,8 % do 62,6 % u neesenciálních AA ze vzorku A, a od 33.8 % to 42.3 % u esenciálních AA a od 37.0 % do 66.6 % u neesenciálních AA ze vzorku B.
