The simple and sensitive measurement of malondialdehyde in selected specimens of biological origin and some feed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography
Original language description
A method for the determination of malodialdehyde in samples of animal tissues, feeds, plasma and urine has been developed using high performance liquid chromatography. Malondialdehyde in biological samples was assayed after derivatisation with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to its respective hydrazone. The method is suitable for routine analyses of malondialdehyde
