Czech description
V 15 fermentovaných mléčných výrobcích byl stanoven obsah folátů. Nalezené hodnoty ležely mezi 0,40 a 4,01 ug/100g.Při modelové fermentaci odtučněného mléka vybranými kmeny bakterií mléčného kvašení byl zjištěn rozdíl ve schopnosti bakterií produkovat foláty.
