Original language description

In the contribution is described production of biogas by biomass co-fermentation with beef slurry. Experiments were conducted in fermentors of volume of 3 l and 100 l, with fresh green mass and hay. Addition of green mass above 20 % of weight content oftotal dry matter of processed substratum caused premature finishing of the fermentation process. The process stabilization can be reached by addition of neutralisation agents, in our case Ca(OH)2 or fermente d substratum. The best results provided use ofneutralisation agents and fermented substratum simultaneously. The hay addition resulted in worse results compared with addition of fresh green mass.
