Version 0.5.9 of Niget software adds new features developed within TACR project TJ02000203 "Advanced mathematical and statistical methods in evaluating instrumented indentation measurements" (result TJ02000203-V1), namely the new method for nonlinear function fitting for data with errors in both variables (using OEFPIL C library), reworked uncertainty propagation framework using a simple C library for linear uncertainty propagation and integrating the LHS library for Monte Carlo sampling (allowing to generate samples with correlation), and a collection of tools for indenter contact area calibration. Changes from version 0.5: - improved function fitting procedures in Oliver-Pharr tool, added NLS and OEFPIL - improved uncertainty propagation methods in Oliver-Pharr tool, including LHS for Monte Carlo - add support for additional instrument/measurement parameters (uncertainty of maximum depth and load, frame compliance) - command line tools for indenter area calibration - Windows installers available again - various fixes Niget GUI application is free software licensed under GPLv2 license, the non-GUI parts licensed under LGPLv2 license.
