Embryotoxicity of Mirtazapine a study using Chick Embryotoxicity Screening Test

  • Original language description

Aim of the study was to contribute to the knowledge on possible risk to the embryo after mirtazapine treatment. An alternative method (CHEST) was used for embryototicity testing. LD 50 and embryotoxic dose was established. As both are close each other the risk for therapeutic dose is probably low.
