    Some [(5Z)-(5-arylalkylidene-4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-3-yl)]acetic acids were prepared as potential antifungal drugs. Lipophilicity of the compounds was analyzed using RP-HPLC and in silico methods. All compounds were tested for antifungal effectsagainst 8 fungal strains. One compound inhibited the growth of Candida spp. and Trichosporon asahii.
