Use of different stationary phases for separation of isoniazid, its metabolites and vitamin B6 forms
Original language description
The retention behavior of isoniazid, it metabolite acetylisonazid, the putative hydrazones metabolites and the selected forms of vitamin B6 were studied on two HILIC columns and subsequently compared with reversed phase chromatography. HPLC with UV detection were utilized for initial retention study, however subsequently LC-MS were used to compare the basic sensitivity of HILIC and both approaches.
