The article focuses on the process of acquiring intercultural competence from the perspective of students enrolled in a one-semester course of Intercultural Competence at the Language Centre of the Faculty of Arts, Charles University. It examines participants&apos; reflections of ten individual learning units. The objective is to identify students&apos; relation to selected topics of intercultural education and to reveal possible changes in attitudes. Content analysis of thirty-six written items consisting of notes, reviews and evaluations was conducted.
