Original language description
Today's economy is experiencing a period of profound transformation. This concerns not only legislation but also in other areas, such as a specific approach to VIP customers from a variety of culturally diverse countries. Banks, financial and non-financial institutions, large retail companies want through their marketing professionals approach their clients with responsive, anticipating their requirements and individual needs. It tries to bring customers utmost to obtain it, and then continue to keep. But are all mentioned methods ethically correct? In the branch erests of societyof private banking we are studying a completely heteromorphic sample of society, which is difficult to segment according to mathematically measurable indicators. The doctoral thesis attends to the current problems of providing ethically correct premium class services to bank and development companies clients. From a moral aspect, we use as our defence the positive standpoint that legal standards are implemented in the interests of society. Stated simply and with exaggeration - new practices, emphasis on detail, double the personal approach, including psychological tactics, a very prompt response by a new generation of professionals in the segment of private banking - only this approach will guarantee a revolution in immeasurable data and a quick return rate on capital in the private banking and wealth management sector (PB&WM).
