Original language description
The single crystal of silver amalgam was used for construction of cylindrical flow through cell and applied for amperometric detection of 1,3-; 1,5- and 1,8-dinitronaphthalene mixture previously separated by conventional RP-HPLC. The developed method isapplicable in whole linear concentration range 1 - 100 mol l-1 with limits of detection 1 mol l-1 and errors less than 7 % using 0.05M ammonium acetate buffer pH 4.7 with methanol (27:73) as a mobile phase at flow rate 1.5 ml min-1 and applied potentialMINUS SIGN 1100 mV.
