Original language description
Methods utilizing differential pulse voltammetry and HPLC with amperometric detection were developed for the simultaneous determination of two catecholamine metabolites, homovanillic acid and vanillylmandelic acid. Low selectivity of the voltammetric method was limiting for the determination in urine samples; inclusion of chromatographic separation enabled the application even in this complex sample.
