Fluorocarbon plasma polymer films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering in Argon from a balanced magnetron equipped with polytetrafluoroethylene target. The main aim of this study is to evaluate influence of pressure and distance between sputtered target and substrate on the properties of deposited coatings.
