Original language description
In our article we present recent measurements made by Langmuir probe in RF (radiofrequency) driven hollow cathode plasma jet system. Several current-voltage probe characteristics were measured in the argon discharge for various conditions (pressure, delivered power) and various position of the Langmuir probe. From measured data the various plasma parameters were obtained-floating and plasma potentials, also electron temperature and density.
