Práce studuje vliv ligandu 5-HT1A receptoru S 15535, který je antagonistou postsynaptických 5-HT1A receptorů a agonistou presynaptických 5-HT1A autoreceptorů na sociální (agonistické) chování myší. Prokázali jsme výrazné antiagresivní působení S 15535, smírnějším efektem na obranně-útěkové chování plachých zvířat.
