The influence of cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist JWH 015 on sensitization to methamphetamine in the model of mouse agonistic behaviour
Original language description
The aim of the present study was to investigate whether the CB2 receptor activity might also be involved in regulation of mouse agonistic behaviour, and in development of sensitivity to methamphetamine. The CB2 agonist JWH-015 given alone to aggressive singly-housed mice at the doses of 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0 mg/kg intraperitoneally 15 min prior to testing inhibited the occurrence of aggressive activities, significantly of tail rattling and threat after the highest dose. The expression of significant sensitization to MET antiaggressive effects was clear after the pre-treatment with 5 MET doses of 1 mg/kg/day and administration of the "challenge dose" of 1 mg/kg after 5 days of withdrawal. However, the pretreatment with JWH (5 daily doses of 1.0 mg/kg) the cross-sensitization to MET "challenge dose" did not produce in the present study.

Vliv agonsity kanabinoidních CB2 receptotů na rozvoj sensitizace k metafetaminovým účinkům na agonistické chování myší
Czech description
Premedikace opakovým podáním agonisty kanabinoidních CB2 receptorů, JWH 015, nevyvolala zkříženou sensitizaci k antiagresivním účinkům metamfetaminu u myší.
