Solid-State NMR: The Useful Tool in The Development of Thymol Self-Emulsifying Pellets
Original language description
Experiment aims on formulation of self-emulsifying pellets, reveals multiple methods of preparation and selects the most industrialy feasible while probing the possible structural differences via ss-NMR spectroscopy. Self-emulsifying pellets were formulated, tested in-vitro and ex-vivo. In-vitro dissolution confirmed that pellets are gastro-resistant. Ex-vivo experiment confirmed that thymol is cummulated in the intestinal wall.
