The paper is dedicated to the methodology and results of the research (participatory action research design) focused on educational communication. The sample consisted of eight teachers who did not have extensive knowledge of the theory of educational communication, but they were open to change their teaching toward dialogical teaching. Methods: video study, reflective interviews and focus group. The data analysis showed that teachers changed their communication practices.
