  • Original language description

    The experimental study excitation of XeCl and KrCl excimer molecules generated in the Kr/Xe/Cl mixture at pressure range 0.1 - 1 bar by means of the surface barrier discharge (SBD) has been carried out. Spectral characteristics of gas discharge pklasma as well as voltage and current pulses of SBD and power of emitted light have been discussed.
