HPLC Separation of Polycyclic Aromatic Nitrogen Heterocycles
Original language description
Present paper deals with a study of chromatographic behaviour of polycyclic aromaric N-heterocycles on octadecylsilica sorbent (SiC 18) during their separation by reversed phase liquid chromatography (RPLC). For that purpose nineteen PANH with one and two heterocyclic nitrogen atoms were selected: phtalazine, quinazoline, 4.7-phenanthroline, quinoline, 1.7-phenanthroline, isoquinoline, benzothiazole, 2-methylquinoline, 6-methylquinoline, indole, phenazine, 1.7-phenanthroline, 8-methylquinoline, acridine, 2-methylindole, phenanthridine, 1-methylindole, benzo/h/quinoline, carbazole.
