Assessment of retinoic toxicity in several types of complex environmental samples using P19/A15 cell line
Original language description
The retinoic signaling pathway could be one of the important targets for endocrine disruptors because of the fact that retinoids control large number of vital processes in the organism and that their signaling is very complexly regulated. We developed anin vitro model for evaluation of anti/retinoic action of xenobiotics. The model is based on murine embryonic carcinoma cell line P19, which retains its pluripotent character so that it is able to differentiate into cells of the all three germ layers.
