Original language description
The reaction of 1,3-bis(diphenylphosphoryl)bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane (1) with lanthanide nitrates provided a series of layered network coordination polymers Ln(1)1.5(NO3)3 (Ln = Ce, Pr, Nd, Eu, Tb, Er, Yb, Lu). Crystal structures of all members of the serieswere determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction and were found isostructural. The compounds were studied by IR spectroscopy, luminescence spectroscopy, thermal analysis (TG/DSC) and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) techniques.
