Diagnostic Methods for Healthweise Orientated Vocational Selection of Primary School Pupils
Original language description
The contributoin deals with diagnostic methods for vocational selection based on pupils aptitude and his interests. The assumed result of the diagnostic method is a draft of new types of preparation for career which would not lead to stress, burden harming mental health of the diagnosticated individual. IQ tests in a combination with a special computer testing programme are used for diagnostics. Results are evaluated together and they are finished by a discussion with the pupil accompanied by her/his parents.Special tests of the whole class from the point of view of becoming a member of the class and pupils behaviour in the team come before the tests mentioned above. The whole draft is discussed with a class teacher before a debate with parents.
