    The Author brings as the starting topic the understanding of the universal reform from the point of view the category of the time in the works of Comenius, namely in Pansophia and develops the topic (universal reform) from the pedagogical perspective: the notion of school as the workshop of humanity, the notion of a Person as a responsible and active individual and the notion of life long learning for teachers. In conclusion the Author offers as the example of concrete reform followed Comenius ideas about the humanization in the so called Zlínské školy.
