Building Long-term Relationships with Key Customers as a Way of Enterprises? Prosperity
Original language description
An increased differentiation of customers? needs and wants and intensive strengthening of competitive struggle have raised the necessity to change common market care practices and to develop a strongly differentiated or even individualised customer caresystem, especially concerning key customers. We can ensure the company?s growth more effectively by increasing the share on expenditures of key customers than by increasing the whole market share. The company has to build long-term relationships with strategically valuable customers on the basis of differentiated 1-to-1 marketing with supply individually adjusted to each of the key customers.
