Kinetics of base-catalysed ring closure of methyl 2,6-dinitrophenylsulfanylethanoate
Original language description
The base-catalysed ring closure of methyl 2,6-dinitrophenylsulfanylethanoate gives 2-methoxycarbonyl-7-nitrobenzo [d]thiazole-3-oxide. The kinetics of this ring closure were studied by means of UV-visible spectrophotometry in methanolic amine buffers at25 degrees C. The rate-limiting step of the reaction sequence consists in formation of the conjugated base of substrate.

Kinetika bazicky katalyzované cyklizace methyl 2,6-dinitrofenylsulfanylethanoatu
Czech description
Bazicky katalyzovaná cyklizace methyl 2,6-dinitrofenylsulfanylethanoatu poskytuje 2-methoxykarbonyl-7-nitrobenzo [d]thiazol-3-oxid. Kinetika této cyklizace bala studována pomocí UV-Vis spektrofotometrie v methanolických roztocích aminových pufrů při 25°C. Rychlost určující krok reakce zahrnuje tvorbu konjugované báze substrátu.
