    This paper deals with setting of customer value (value for a customer) for fast moving goods. First, it describes the substance of value for a customer and shows the place of customer value setting in framework of customer analysis process. Second, thispaper discusses a simple method of customer value calculation for fast moving goods, too. A customer value is difference among a relative performance and a relative price for a customer. I show how we can set these components of value for a customer andhow to calculate value for a customer by them.
