Integration of individual entities in the value network leads to a growth in synergic effects leading to an important increase in the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, companies should pay their attention to strengthening long-term relationships and strengthening the value with the partners in the whole value network. It means application of such strategic benefits for customers that increase the customers? loyalty and deepen and strengthen long term relationships between manufacturers and them. One of these strategic benefits includes minimization of the undesirable Bullwhip Effect. That is why this paper deals with the occurrence of the Bullwhip Effect and the possibilities of its suppression. The reasons for unreliable forecasts are described and identified on the basis of the analysis and assessment of time series of fast moving goods manufacturer?s sales and shown their negative effects on the value for customers. In conclusion are proposed the possible way
