The corrosion causes oxides on adhesive bond between steel and rubber also providing that fitting surface treatment of tire cords. Thereforewill be important engaged in adhesive bond between reinforcement-rubber matrix into microlocality. Then will be possible to quality predicate of technology, constructive and others changes, which are lead to decrease start initiation of degradation processes and so delay limit states as are so-called "cords working-up", which are specific limit states for tires.
