Original language description
The paper describes development of the demand for transport in the transport service system specifying transport and sociological requirements of passengers, transport operators and society. Presented evaluation criteria of passengers in public transport are followed by a multi-criteria analysis of transport services assessed by passengers. The paper further brings characteristics of passengers’ decision-making process and defines a mathematical model of decision-making for a passenger and a group of passengers using public transport.
