Mechanical/fracture properties of high strength concretes (HSC), which were used for bridge D211, are introduced in this paper. Three-point bending tests of concrete specimens with central edge notch were performed. Effective crack model served for determination of following properties: Modulus of elasticity, effective fracture toughness and fracture energy.
