    This paper deals with influence of the chosen parameters used during modeling of CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis. Plane model of cylinder section was chosen for that analysis. Miscellaneous values of mesh density and distance between the boundary conditions and cylinder section were entered. The influence of changes of the parameters was studied by means of values of lift and drag coefficients. The programmatic system ANSYS CFX was used for the analysis.
