In order to achieve this goal it is necessary for a firm to have a strategy based on the study and analysis of successful companies. So benchmarking, as a method of management, has a new meaning in the business in order to evaluate the effectiveness of business of their own organization on the market, compared to the best organizations on both the domestic and international markets.
