Bulk-driven current mirrors for low power applications
Original language description
As the feature size of modern CMOS processes scaling down, the maximum allowable power supply continuously decreases, but the threshold voltage does not scale down with the same rate, Which poses a great challenge to CMOS circuit design. Some circuit structures become obsolete for modern CMOS processes. In this paper, different types of Bulk-Driven Current Mirrors are presented and compared with the conventional Gate-Driven Current Mirrors. The simulations of the current mirror circuits were carried outt by the Pspice simulator.
