fMRI images are pre-processed before the activation can be statistically detected. One of the pre-processing steps is spatial smoothing. The aim of this work is to discover the impact of spatial filtering with the Gaussian kernel and various FWHM sizes on group results.

Před detekcí aktivace jsou fMRI snímky předzpracovány, přičemž jedním z obvyklých kroků je i prostorové vyhlazení. Cílem práce je prověřit vliv prostoorvého vyhlazení Gaussovým filtrem s různým parametrem FWHM na výsledky skupinové analýzy.
