Original language description
The present paper deals with diagnostics of crystalline silicon solar cells with structures prepared by application of laser technologies. We used noise diagnostic methods, study of local optical properties in the far-field and near-field microscopy. Itwas found out that laser-prepared structures intersecting the pn junction exhibit ohmic behaviour, causing changes in the electrical parameters of cells and deteriorate locally their properties, but do not cause origin of defects leading to local breakdowns of reverse-biased solar cells pn junctions. Models describing the electrical behaviour of laser-prepared structures were found and some of their parameters were determined based on submitted studies. The influence of parallel resistance caused by edges conductivity on measured characteristics was discussed. The obtained results will be used in search of procedures for solar cells edges processing applicable in manufacturing.
