Original language description
Our goal was to create a 3D reconstruction of plant cell cultures from confocal images and automatize process of determination of cell nuclei localization. In our experiments a plant suspension cultures of Chenopodium rubrum has been used. The cell nuclei were stained by SYBR? Green fluorescent DNA binding marker. Experiments were performed on the confocal microscope Leica TCS SP8 X.
