Original language description
Program allows numerical analysis including graphical visualization of solution associated with both mathematical and circuit model of the multi-state memory cell having piecewise linear resistors. Derived differential equations for this functional block represent third-order autonomous deterministic dynamical system. Script proves that robust chaotic attractor is belongs to one possible solution for both binary and ternary memory. Also, software performs transformation of state matrices for individual segments of vector field into Jordan form.
