This paper is focused on research of communication in SMEs in the Czech Republic during the financial crisis. The financial crisis has affected the whole world. For SMEs is this season very problematic and difficult. How SMEs in South Moravia in the Czech Republic faced these negative effects of the financial crisis? One of the main aspects that contributed to the successful survival of firms is the communication inside the company. Communication is very important in companies at all levels and among all workers. How did the successful communication between employees and managers? And what is bad sign of communication? Where there were mistakes leading to the failure management in communication with employees? The reason for this survey was that communication in the enterprise is the one of many determinants of the growth of SMEs.
