Identifying the relationship between project management and human resources management in the age of COVID-19 pandemic

The article deals with the relationship between project management and human resource management and how these areas are affected during a pandemic. First, a literature search is presented, which generally describes what project management is. Five basic processes and ten basic areas of knowledge according to the Project Management Institute (PMI) were presented. Subsequently, we defined human resource management in project management and how it differs from companies' classic human resource management. It was also explained what tasks and activities are needed for the project to be successful. We also focused on how this area was affected during the COVID-19 global pandemic. To find out the necessary information, we chose research from Koch and Schermula (2021), who addressed this issue in their research. The pandemic has been found to affect human resources in projects.
