Case Study of a Student with Williams Syndrome
Original language description
This paper addresses the issue of the educational process of a student with a rare genetic disorder known as Williams syndrome. It presents the results of qualitative research in the form of a case study of a student with Williams syndrome. The paper aims to characterize the educational specifics of a student with Williams syndrome and the forms and methods employed in their education. The research findings indicate that the education of a student with Williams syndrome is influenced not only by specific traits but also by health issues related to the disorder. The student’s continued participation in the educational process, to the greatest possible extent, plays a significant role in establishing social contacts and promoting social inclusion.
