XXIII. Slovak and Czech Conference on Plant Protection Science. Book of Abstracts, 2024, p. 32. New developer system provides an efficient framework for studying plant-fungal interactions, with simple inoculation and clear microscopic visualization of chlamydospores. Colonization begins in germinating seeds and spreads to the crown, roots, and lower stem. The highest DNA concentration was observed in the stem base and 1 cm below it, while colonization extends up to 4 cm above the crown but does not reach leaves or ears.
