The article describes the results of a questionnaire survey, which was oriented towards the use of marketing tools in the management of hotels and was carried out between member hotels of the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants. The first part deals with the methods and results of the probe into the state of the marketing systems of the Czech hotel companies. And the second part maps the current situation in the Czech hotel market, the attitude of the hotels to the use of marketing and discussesthe recommendations and trends.
