Managing people can be understood as one of many functions of management, which lies in the persuasion and instigation of subordinates by their manager. While managing people, it is possible to meet the attitudes that emphasize the aspect of a long-termvision and activation of all executive workers to reach the vision. The objective of managing people is to initiate the creative, entrepreneurial spirit and activity of workers who want to do more than just carry out their tasks in an orderly fashion. All ethical means in accordance with both manager requirements and employee wishes must be considered if people are to be influenced effectively.
