Original language description
A worldwide atmospheric exposure program had been realized to obtain data on the corrosion behavior of four basic structural metals at more than fifty exposure sites covering a range of climates from frigid to tropical. The purpose of this program was todevelop information for the revision of the ISO standards for estimating the rate and extent of corrosion damage resulting from atmospheric exposure in natural environments throughout the world. The results of this program had been used to improve atmospheric corrosion test methods. The Data Series Publication is to provide a compilation of the results from the ISO CORRAG Program.
